April Yoga - What to expect

Posture, strength and stability
Focus isn’t forced. It’s built.

April has focus.
Not more classes. Not more noise. More intention.

This month we’re training with structure.

Clear themes.
Short, consistent sessions.
Space to connect.

Because consistency beats intensity.

And structure beats willpower.

This isn’t about doing more.

It’s about doing the right things, regularly.

In April you’ll find:

Online Workshop

Core stabilisation: Find strength from within (live online workshop)
Thursday 9 April, 6pm (90 mins)

Show up for our usual Thursday 6pm live class for a slightly longer session and a chance to pick up some new tips and techniques to work on over the coming weeks. There’ll be a Q&A at the end too. It will also be recorded for the Video Library if you miss it or want to revisit it.

Opportunities to grow and connect

5 minute live Q&As, after 60 minute classes
Just stay online after class and ask a question

It’s a chance to go over something specific from the class or just ask a question about something you’re working on/trying to achieve. Drop me a message beforehand or give a shoutout on the WhatsApp group chat.

Supporting your nervous system

Restorative and Yin Yoga sessions
Thursday 16th April, 6pm Yin Yoga (90 mins) &
Wednesday 29th April, 9:30am 1hr Restorative

It’s so important nowadays to schedule in time for recovery activities. These sessions are always popular and now you can expect them a little more regularly. An opportunity to cosy up at home, breathe deep, relax the body and drop into that calmer side of your nervous system.

Our regular weekday morning 15–30 minute strength and yoga sessions.
