New to Yoga?

Fear not, Yoga is becoming incredibly popular with young and old, big and small, able and less abled and all because of the many, many benefits it has to offer.  From sleeping more soundly to relieving back pain, yoga really can help in many ways. Whilst it might seem daunting to join a class where everyone seems to know the poses and Sanskrit names inside out, it's worth persevering as within just a few classes you'll feel your strength developing in your upper body and core as well as feeling much more relaxed. Over a longer period of time, your muscles in your legs and arms will start to tone too.  

I've witnessed and experienced personally how practising the physical side of yoga can help to rebuild yourself from injuries, general aches and pains and pregnancy. 

I thoroughly believe that yoga really is for everyone and I always welcome beginners with open arms. Everyone has to start somewhere so don't be too hard on yourself and try a few sessions, then judge for yourself whether the benefits outweigh the unknown.
