Class Structure for Spring

March is really starting to feel like we’re on the right track…membership has settled into a really nice rhythm — simpler, more structured and easier to stay consistent with.

Instead of feeling like “lots of classes”, it now looks more like this:

7am — Move
Start the day with a 30-minute live yoga session (Mon–Fri). Just enough movement to wake up the body, improve posture and clear the head before the day properly begins.

7:45am — Build strength
Right afterwards there’s a 15-minute core strength class designed to build real strength in the body. Short, focused and surprisingly powerful when done consistently.

During the week — Go deeper
There are also longer 60-minute technique classes through the week, plus a Tuesday evening 6pm Ashtanga session, giving you time to build strength in more depth.

After class — Ask questions
Because the sessions are live, there’s always space at the end to ask questions, talk through movements or get guidance for your own body.

Each month — Reset and refine
• A 90-minute Yin session to properly unwind
• A live workshop exploring one part of the body in depth (this month we focused on shoulder stability for relief)

And of course, the class library and catch ups
If you miss a session or want to revisit something, there’s a growing library of past classes and workshops you can dip into anytime.

It’s become a really steady rhythm that integrates into your life.

Short sessions.
Live structure.
A community that shows up.

If you fancy coming back, Spring is a great time to step back in.
