March Yoga - What to expect

Structure, strength and steadiness
Focus isn’t forced. It’s built.

March has a focus.
Not more classes. Not more noise. More intention.

This month we’re training with structure. Clear themes. Short, consistent sessions. Space to connect. Because consistency beats intensity. And structure beats willpower.

In March you’ll find:

• Shoulder Relief: From tension to stability (live workshop)

• Two short post-class Q&As each week to ask questions and go deeper

• A longer restorative session to properly reset

• Our regular weekday 15–30 minute strength and yoga sessions

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things, regularly.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, this is a great month to join.
You’ll see exactly how the rhythm works.
Little. Often. Powerful.

March Yoga - What to expect

Online Workshop

From Tension to Stability - Shoulder Relief
Monday 9 March, 6pm (75 mins)

Show up for our usual Monday 6pm live class for a slightly longer session and a chance to pick up some new tips and techniques to work on over the coming weeks. There’ll be a Q&A at the end too. It will also be recorded for the Video Library so you can revisit it, if you miss it.

Opportunities to grow and connect

5 minute live Q&As x2 / week
Check out your membership space for dates/times each week

Each week, I’ll be adding 2x 5 minute Q&A after two live classes. It’s a chance to go over something specific from the class or just ask a question about something you’re working on/trying to achieve. Drop me a message beforehand or give a shoutout on the WhatsApp group chat.

Supporting your nervous system

Restorative and Yin Yoga sessions
Thursday 5th March, 6pm Yin Yoga (90 mins) &
Wednesday 18th March, 9:30am 1hr Restorative

It’s so important nowadays to schedule in time for recovery activities. These sessions are always popular and now you can expect them a little more regularly. An opportunity to cosy up at home, breathe deep, relax the body and drop into that calmer side of your nervous system.
