This month we’re training with structure. Clear themes. Short, consistent sessions. Space to connect. Because consistency beats intensity. And structure beats willpower.
In March you’ll find:
• Shoulder Relief: From tension to stability (live workshop)
• Two short post-class Q&As each week to ask questions and go deeper
• A longer restorative session to properly reset
• Our regular weekday 15–30 minute strength and yoga sessions
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things, regularly.

We now have over 100 yoga classes available on the online library! With a wealth of choices, from restorative to Ashtanga Second Series, with most classes focusing on parts of the body, like core, hips, shoulders, arms or legs, there really is something for everyone! All classes provide modifications too so there's something for everyone, whether you're a beginner or intermediate.
