What we’re building, together, in June - inside the online Yoga and Strength Membership

May has been a lovely reminder of what makes this Yoga and Strength Membership special.

It’s not just the yoga and strength classes themselves but the rhythm of showing up.
Together.

It’s been great to see so many of you showing up live.
Consistently.

Asking questions, exploring our hip focus through the month and feeling those small shifts in our bodies over time.

It’s actually the consistency of showing up that compounds, over the effort you bring.

Did you feel the glute burn, like I did, after the Hip Strength Workshop?!

As we move into June, I want to keep building on this momentum.
This consistency.

So let’s dive into June and see what we can achieve. Together.

Coming up we’ve got a new monthly focus; live classes that help us stay consistent and accountable; time to go deeper in the workshop and regular weekly technique and restorative sessions; and space to connect with like-minded people - all feeling the momentum together!

What we’re building, together, in June:

Online Yoga Workshop

Shoulder Rotations: (live online yoga workshop)
Monday 15th June, 6pm (90 mins)

Show up for your usual Monday 6pm live class for a slightly longer session and a chance to pick up some new tips and techniques to work on over the coming weeks. There’ll be a Q&A at the end too. It will also be recorded for the Video Library if you miss it or want to revisit it. This month it’s all about the upper body and our Workshop will focus on Shoulder Rotations.

Opportunities to grow and connect

5 minute live Q&As, after 60 minute classes
Just stay online after class and ask a question

It’s a chance to go over something specific from the class or just ask a question about something you’re working on/trying to achieve. Drop me a message beforehand or give a shoutout on the WhatsApp group chat.

Supporting your nervous system

Restorative and Yin Yoga sessions
Thursday 18th June, 6pm 90 min Yin Yoga

It’s so important nowadays to schedule in time for recovery activities. These sessions are always popular and now you can expect them a little more regularly. An opportunity to relax at home, breathe deep, calm the body and drop into that parasympathetic side of your nervous system.

Our regular weekday morning
15–30 minute strength and yoga sessions

We’ve had some new people joining too and I hope you’re feeling these benefits. As we do shorter classes first thing, aim to fit in at least 2-3 morning classes a week to feel the benefits.

And if you’re reading this from outside the Membership and this sounds like the kind of rhythm and accountability you need, you’re more than welcome to join us, anytime.
