With 12 years’ teaching experience, certified as a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, Emma's passion lies in helping you discover your body's incredible capabilities, no matter your age or starting point.

She specializes in teaching how to understand your unique body type, build foundational strength, and move with an ease for life.

Her approach is rooted in practical, intelligent movement that empowers you to train smarter, prevent injury, and truly feel better, inside and out.

Introducing Emma, The Good Food Yogi

Emma is a Senior Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance Professionals UK, with over 10 years’ experience; who helps many people reduce aches and pains within their bodies, that often occurs with age. She takes individuals on a journey of self-discovery, helping each person to recognise and correct the various degrees of muscle imbalance within their body that is perhaps restricting them in their daily life and their sports/hobbies. 

Emma is also an Approved Yoga Coach, training and mentoring new Yoga Teachers with setting up and running their own yoga businesses; along with support in sequencing; adjustments and better understanding people’s body types.
