NEW physical yoga class in Chester

Join us from 1st Feb for a brand new regular weekly physical flow yoga class every Thursday at 10am in Chester

We’re back at oH Foundation on Bridge Street in Chester.

If you’ve not been here before it’s an amazing creative space for up and coming designers.

The new oH Foundation space is now on Bridge St in what used to be the old Steamer Trading shop or Pro Cook.

The weekly class is £12 and you can book online in advance using the button below to take you to The Good Food Yogi website.

The oH Foundation is offering all yoga guests a hot drink afterwards for half price too, so feel free to chill out and socialise afterwards, or even have a mooch at the amazing brands in store. Coffee served at oH Foundation is provided by Jaunty Goat too so well worth hanging around for.

Strength for Life members get the class for half price, just use your discount code.

Spaces are limited so book on early to avoid missing your space.
