I'll always offer modifications and variations to make every pose accessible. We'll throw in a few challenges here and there that take us out of our comfort zone too. In class I can help individuals with their different needs and challenges, providing targets or a focus to ensure everyone feels like they're progressing, despite doing the same routine each week.

Outdoor Yoga at Hawarden Farmshop

Join us for a lovely gentle, Hatha Yoga outdoor class at the beautiful Hawarden Estate Farm Shop on Sunday 31st July, 3-4pm.

This class is outdoors and in the beautiful surroundings of the Hawarden Estate.

We’ll enjoy a full hour of Hatha yoga, in the great open outdoors. It’s a really gentle session, so suitable for all abilities and ages and complete beginners too. Well behaved and respectful children are welcome too, as long as accompanied by an adult.

Yin Yoga for the ultimate indulgence

In Yin Yoga we take some time to get into a posture and stay in it for 2-3 minutes. The poses are typically seated or lying down and focus on opening up the hips, the chest and gently stretching the spine.
