The 7am Revolution: How One Member Broke Free from the Desk-Bound Life
Picture this: another morning, another day of WFH.
Another day of shoulders hunched, back aching, energy dragging.
This was life for many of us when WFH became the new normal.
But for one member of our 7am Club, this story took an unexpected turn...in January, Daniela joined our online Monthly Membership.
"I used to wake up feeling tired," she shared.
It's a feeling many of us know too well - that constant battle between work demands and physical and mental wellbeing.
But then something changed. Not with a dramatic crash or bang, but with a simple decision: to show up at 7am for 30 minutes of yoga, every weekday. "The 7am club perfectly fits my needs and schedule," she explained. “I’m a morning person”. Not another punishing workout regime, but something different. Something sustainable.
What Daniela particularly likes from the Membership:
The short sessions (15 min and 30 min)
The technique videos
The variety of lessons (flows, technique, core drills, etc)
All-in-one, I mean: the membership gives me access to all your content and I don't have to worry about upgrading to access further content - unless I want to do the in-person classes which are half-price to members
The way you give instructions
The fact that you ask for feedback and listen
The transformation
Now, her days look different.
“I try to do 45 minutes a day in total. I feel so much better. The new routine is boosting my energy levels, even on those days when I wake up feeling tired. It's improving my posture.
I don't feel stiff any more, even on those days when I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk.
Most and foremost, I feel like this is a long term routine, more than a workout programme that I'm likely to quit at some point. This is Strength for life, indeed!”
Small changes, building day by day. "I feel so much better," she shared.
"Even on those days when I wake up feeling tired, the new routine is boosting my energy level."
“Your approach is graciously challenging and effective, Emma.
“I'm recommending your programme to anybody. Speaking of which, were can I leave a review online?”
Daniela, I think you just did leave me a review! Thanks and keep up the good work!
