FAQs

  • Start with a short 15-30 min live or library class - aim for 2-3 times per week. Or find a 60 min technique class that works with your current routine. Start with what appeals to you and what might fit with your current routine. You’ll soon start to find a rhythm that works for you, that you stay fairly consistent with.

  • Not at all. Classes are tailored for all levels — from beginners to experienced yogis. I provide modifications throughout. You can also book an intro 1-2-1 to discuss your personal needs.

  • All sessions are recorded so you can catch up whenever it suits you. Go at your own pace.
    You’re still feel part of a live class too, with lots of helpful cues and techniques provided.

  • Just a yoga mat and an internet connection. Live classes are provided via Zoom links. The catch up classes and Library is accessible via the Membership area within this website.
